Meet Aidan.

I’m Aidan Vaughan, the one who dreamt of AVCO eight years ago. I’ve always been inspired by the creative arts. Every piece of art has a story. Whether hidden or right there in front of you, that story gives you an indescribable feeling that can inspire you to do anything you set your mind to.

I love to cook — I even made a short film about it. I drink an unhealthy amount of Coca-Cola and my wife and I wish Lorelai and Luke would’ve gotten together way earlier than they did. I’m also a proud Black Magic shooter and nobody will ever change my mind about it. My craft and vision behind AVCO stays rooted in Christ, as He’s the one who inspires me to create and inspire. We’re creative because God was creative first.

“So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” (Genesis 1:27)

AVCO was born for two reasons:

  1. To share my passion for storytelling with others.

  2. To assist creatives in elevating their craft.

We provide resources to those looking to grow their knowledge and confidence in the creative realm. Personally, the thing that slowed me down from creating with excellence was often forgetting terminology, settings, and stressing on set or in the studio when something wasn’t going the right way. Our goal is to remove the stress and supply creators with the tools they need to excel on set, in front of clients, or during the editing process.

How did I get here?

2018

Age 13, I was gifted my first camera (Canon 5D MKII) and began to grasp the fundamentals of photography. Yearbook class FUELED that. Every photo I took, I thought was perfect.

2025

Married my best friend who always supports new directions and my growing aspirations. A beautiful and unforgettable day.

2021

Expanding who I was and what I believed, the art of film and lighting design spoke to me. Every weekend working in ministry, designing light shows officially established a love for the creative arts in me.

Purchased my first digital cinema camera (BMPCC4K) opening up a world of possibilities to create new things

2023

Began helping others elevate their creations with digital art and marketing.
